Starting from Vale de Centeanes, we walk along dramatic limestone cliffs with stunning views of sea stacks and hidden grottoes. The trail passes through seven valleys carved by erosion, each revealing a new secret cove or golden beach. We visit the famous Benagil area and end at Praia da Marinha, consistently voted one of the world's most beautiful beaches.
